Additionally, you grant us full ownership rights to all uploaded images for any purpose, including but not limited to training and improving our AI models, creating marketing materials and case studies, developing new features and services, research and development purposes, and commercial use in any format or medium.

4.2 Your Commercial Rights

You retain the right to use both original and enhanced images for any commercial purpose. You may use enhanced images in your business, marketing materials, websites, and social media. No attribution to TastingTones Technologies Ltd is required for your commercial use.

4.3 Image Storage and Retention

Original images are stored for 20 days, then automatically deleted. Enhanced images are handled differently based on subscription status: for paid subscribers, enhanced images are stored indefinitely while subscription is active, and for non-subscribers, enhanced images are stored for 90 days then automatically deleted. We reserve the right to retain copies for our business purposes as outlined above.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers including Supabase for database and authentication services, Replicate for AI image processing, Stripe for payment processing, Trigger.dev for background job processing, Resend for email communications, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and user behavior analysis.

We may disclose information when required by law or to comply with legal processes or government requests, protect our rights, property, or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
